Victory Christian Center (now Victory Church) began in 1990 with our founding pastors, Dennis and Colleen Rouse, in a daycare center located in Doraville, GA, with seven people in attendance. Since then, the vision for reconciling cultures as well as leading others to become disciples for Jesus Christ has become a reality.

Today, Victory Church ministers to over 20,000 people from more than 140 nations between multiple physical campuses and online! After 30 years, the Rouses passed the torch of leadership to Pastors Johnson and Summer Bowie, who stepped into the role of senior pastors of Victory Church in August 2020.

The Bowies have faithfully served the people of Victory Church for 20 years in various capacities, including being the young adult pastors and launching Victory’s Hamilton Mill campus. As pastors, they love bringing passion to passionless people and helping others find wholeness and healing in Jesus.

They have two sons, Jeremiah and Isaac. The Bowies are humbled and excited to lead Victory Church and move forward into the future of God’s vision for this ministry of building families, transforming communities, reconciling cultures and impacting nations!
